Hope your week is going well.
As for me, I spent 3 days north of Portugal, in the amazing Pedras Salgadas Ecopark (check this out), surrounded by trees, birds, amazing staff and squirrels…
It was so great to feel nature in a deeper level, those 600 year old trees, the morning frost, the smells of the pine trees… It is definitely not a coincidence, that nature’s energy, sounds and colours influence our moods, health and overall well being.
So to continue with the same vibe and inspire you to do the same, I decided to make a batch of green juices this morning.
The recipe I picked up was tastefully created by the AMAZING Kris Carr – Author of Crazy Sexy Juice, here it is:
Ginger Aid – Perfect to energise, heal inflammations and keep you on the go (probably until your 90’s)!
*Ingredients – For two servings
– 1,5 cup of Spinach
– 1 large Cucumber
– 2 stalks of Celery
– 1 large Pear (I used apple today)
– A piece of GINGER
– I added a green lemon to it 🙂
*How to?
-Wash and prep all ingredients
-Juice them ALL
-ENJOY while Fresh.

Practical tip:
If you want to save time, you can juice bigger quantities, and store them in mason jars (with the least oxygen space left inside, to prevent juice oxidation).
Your can store them in the upper shelf of your fridge for the day.
